O.H. Ingram Whiskey Expands Reach in Tennessee – Fred Minnick
O.H. Ingram River Aged Whiskey is now available in the entire state of Tennessee, Brown Water Spirits LLC announced. This follows a recent move into select Kentucky markets.
Ingram whiskey is aged inside a unique floating rickhouse moored on the riverbank in Ballard County, Ky., exposed to the climate of the Mississippi River and its dramatic rises and falls. The river’s motion ensures the whiskey is never still.
The first Ingram product was released last October followed by a straight rye, and a wheated bourbon release is planned for this fall.
“The demand for Ingram River Aged keeps exceeding our expectations, and I’m pleased that our whiskey has now hit shelves in Memphis, a great city that shares our deep connection and history with the river,” said Hank Ingram, founder and proprietor. “Our whiskey is made just up the Mississippi from Memphis in Ballard County, Ky., so this market is a natural fit for us. We’ve seen that even in a pandemic, people still want a great tasting whiskey with a great story behind it.”
