Rolling River Manhattan
2 oz. OH Ingram River-Aged Rye Whiskey1 oz. Berto Red Vermouth
3 dashes smoked orange bitters
1 brandy-soaked cherry
2 dashes hot sauce of choice (optional)
1 grilled orange slice
Combine all ingredients except hot sauce, cherry, and orange in a Boston shaker over ice. Stir, and strain into chilled Manhattan glass. Add cherry, hot sauce (strictly optional), and garnish with a lightly grilled orange slice.
